The Venture Hive Fort Walton Beach Accelerator for veteran-owned businesses has selected its first accelerator class. The Accelerator welcomes seven businesses developing innovative web, mobile, and technology product solutions in sectors aligned with Fort Walton Beach’s economic future. The program consists of an intensive full-time 12-week structured program to help develop and scale these ventures through access to world-class mentors and training. Venture Hive and The City of Fort Walton Beach have created this unique initiative to help cultivate veteran and military family owned businesses while promoting economic growth in the area.

DREAMHIGHR (Chicago, IL): A SAAS platform that utilizes optimized matching algorithms and data mining to connect enterprises with ideal candidates. FIELD VINE (Myrtle Beach, SC): Field Vine is a mobile app that helps Property Managers, General Contractors, and Construction Companies keep tabs on projects, collaborate with teams in the field and stay compliant with local code requirements. The platform that allows users to express their ideas, regardless of disability or creative experiences, enabling them to share visual stories with their social circles.
