MIAMI – Venture Hive, a Miami-based entrepreneur education and innovation company, is pleased to announce that Mike Pacifico, a seasoned financial executive, has joined the company’s leadership team as Chief Financial Officer.
Pacifico will play a key role on Venture Hive’s senior leadership team and will be responsible for all financial operations of the company as the team and business continue to grow. Prior to being selected as Venture Hive’s Chief Financial Officer, he held various other corporate finance and growth strategy roles across B2C and B2B business models, with a focus on education, education technology, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) verticals.
“Having thoroughly explored the entrepreneurial and early stage technology ecosystem in South Florida, Venture Hive simply seemed like a perfect personal and professional fit,” said Pacifico. “Over the course of my career I’ve built businesses and have always most enjoyed advising and working with growth stage companies. Pacifico’s operating experience spans both large public and VC-backed multinational technology companies. He previously founded both an e-commerce platform and a financial advisory firm serving early stage tech companies. Most recently, Pacifico served as an investment banker based in New York City, where he was responsible for the execution of capital raising and M&A processes for emerging and middle-market tech-enabled businesses. Pacifico holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from Emory University.
